We are a team of three real estate agents dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a reliable and skilled virtual assistant to help us manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative virtual assistant to manage our social media accounts, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining our brand's online presence.






Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the Team social media accounts on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create and schedule posts according to our brand standards, including:

+ Creating engaging and informative content (text, images, and videos)

+ Scheduling posts in advance using social media management tools

+ Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on all platforms

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media platforms
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Provide analytics and insights on social media performance on a regular basis


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to create engaging and informative content for various audiences
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with real estate industry and trends (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with real estate agents or in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Experience with email marketing and lead generation
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field


Work Schedule:

  • The virtual assistant will work approximately 6 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to be determined based on the needs of our team
